Founding role. Founding Student Outcomes Lead, full-time employee, reports to the Group CEO and owns launch operations, provider standards, incident response, and weekly metrics. Compensation requires a signed local employment agreement, payroll onboarding, and separate governing-body approval; no verbal equity promise is valid.

The engagement uses a signed statement of work, objective monthly deliverables, invoice approval, confidentiality, company ownership of commissioned deliverables, approved-system access, and no authority to bind the company.
