Founding role. Head of Later-Life Operations, full-time employee, reports to the Group CEO and owns launch operations, provider standards, incident response, and weekly metrics. Compensation requires a signed local employment agreement, payroll onboarding, and separate governing-body approval; no verbal equity promise is valid.

Approved part-time contractor. Pennsylvania funeral-law adviser, 6 hours per month at $250 per hour. The engagement uses a signed statement of work, objective monthly deliverables, invoice approval, confidentiality, company ownership of commissioned deliverables, approved-system access, and no authority to bind the company. Classification is reviewed where the person works.

All founders, employees, and contractors assign applicable work product, disclose prior IP, use least-privilege access, return company property, and certify data deletion at exit.
