Program window: August 17-28, 2026. Owner: Product Research. Cohort: 12 adults from Philadelphia and remote US families who fit the customer profile. Payout: $100 for one 90-minute accessibility and trust study, paid within seven days after the objective session tasks are complete. No purchase, positive review, referral, or favorable feedback is required.

Participants sign the paid-research agreement and recording consent before access. Tests use synthetic profiles and sandbox payments; participants do not arrange real later-life planning, funeral guidance, and legacy coordination through the prototype. The study collects contact details, screen recording, task completion, and feedback, retained for 90 days with access limited to Product Research.

The session stops for distress, disclosure of third-party sensitive data, security bypass, or any concern involving vulnerable adults, grief, funeral regulation, accessibility, and sensitive records. Finance reconciles the 12 signed agreements, accepted sessions, tax documentation, and bank payments before closeout.
